Billy Icon is an apparel concept built around a bold mascot identity, graphic storytelling, and campaign-style product presentation. The direction uses varsity typography, illustrated characters, and logo-driven pieces to create a brand that feels expressive, wearable, and expandable.

The goal was not to limit the brand to one style category, but to build a flexible identity that could grow across apparel, accessories, lifestyle products, and future collections while still feeling distinctly Billy Icon.
